Volunteer!

Give us a few hours a week or more. Tasks are varied and satisfaction is guaranteed. Work with clients, groups or help us with administration. We promise a new experience and new friendships.

Remember . . . Mental Health is contagious, mental illness is not!

There are over 42 million Americans over 60 years of age, and the number keeps growing. That’s a lot of people with a variety of different needs. Older adults are one of this county’s greatest natural resources. They have so much to give, and their talent and wisdom are needed at every level of American life.

Yet sometimes seniors suffer from isolation, depression, financial crises, grief over the loss of a spouse or friend, or loneliness. That’s when an understanding heart and helping hand come in handy. What about yours?
